nAHAs

Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) are naturally occurring organic acids. Topical use of AHAs is recommended for the treatment of various skin issues, including age spots, acne, melasma, skin aging, among others. nAHAS contains glycolic, malic, citric, and lactic acids encapsulated in nanoparticles with an average size of 200 nm, which allows for a more gradual and prolonged release of the encapsulated actives, reducing the burning sensation and aggressiveness of the acids in their free form. In addition to the blend of alpha hydroxy acids, nAHAS also contains calendula oil, which has anti-inflammatory, soothing, antioxidant, antiseptic, emollient, and healing properties.

Usage Recommendations: For external use. Creams, gels, serums, and emulsions (0.1 – 10%).
