intermediates are versatile materials for virtually all industrial silicone applications. They offer innovative and tailored solutions for a wide range of applications and requirements. When used in designing silicone elastomers, they enable higher or lower hardness materials, shiny or transparent surface structure and can improve physical properties such as modulus tear and elongation.
Silane is a chemical compound composed of silicon and hydrogen atoms. It is a colorless gas that is highly flammable and explosive in its pure form. Silane has a variety of uses in industrial and commercial sectors, including adhesives, sealants, and coatings.
Hydroxyl silicone oil is an organic silicone material with hydroxyl groups at both ends of its molecule, which is synthesized by the polymerization of siloxane monomers. It is also called hydroxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane or OH polymer.
CFS-F(OH) is a colorless transparent liquid with excellent electrical insulation and resistance to high and low temperatures, high flash point and low solidification point. It can be used for a long time under the condition of -50C~+250C. It has low viscosity-temperature coefficient, high compression rate, low surface tension, good hydrophobicity and moisture resistance, chemical inertia and physiological inertia.
silicone rubber composition providing silicone rubber having excellent workability, sealing properties, etc., by adding a specific organopolysiloxane to a composition comprising an organopolysiloxane
Methyl phenyl silicone resins are synthesized with a converse hydrolysis-polycondensation method from methyl phenyl dichlorosilane, methyl trichlorosilane, and dimethyldichlorosilane. These resins have low molecular weight and high heat stability compared to other traditional resins.
Diphenyl Silicone Fluid is a clear, colorless and odorless Diphenyl‐Silicone Oil with a viscosity of 400cSt @ 25°C. It replaces methyl groups found in conventional PDMS Silicone oils with a high percentage of Diphenyl groups. In doing so, thermal stability and resistance to oxidation are significantly increased. DPDM‐400 provides long term stability at 250°C (open to air) and 300°C (closed to air). The fluid is further characterized by its high flash point, high dielectric strength, stability at extreme pressures, good heat capacity values, excellent lubricity and inertness to virtually all substrates.
Hydroxyl MethylVinyl Silicone Fluid can provide better mechanical properties better high temperature resistance.
Vinyl functional silicone fluids can be combined with silicon hydride containing fluids or resins to make silicone rubber. Silicone rubber cures by the following reaction which is catalyzed by transition metals:
Hydrogen Silicone Fluid polysiloxanes end-capped with trimethyl siloxy groups. Hydrogen Silicone Fluid are primarily used to treat powders to keep them dry, as an anti-caking material and are also highly water repellent.
Methoxy Silicone Fluid was specially developed for low-temperature applications, so it remains fluid even in environments of -65°C.
