Grand Mandelic Acid is an Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) derived from almonds. Due to its larger molecular size (twice that of glycolic acid), it penetrates the skin more slowly, leading to less irritation, making it suitable for moderately sensitive skin. A higher concentration alone does not necessarily guarantee better results, as the pH level plays a crucial role in its dissociation and overall efficacy.
