nRetinol

Encapsulated Retinol (Vitamin A) in lipid nanoparticles.
Recommended for anti-aging products, preventing the formation of wrinkles and expression lines.

Uses: Body. Face.

Benefits

Topical vitamin A in the form of retinol plays a crucial role in the cellular restoration and regeneration process, necessary for growth, differentiation, and keratinization. By stimulating cell proliferation, it thickens the skin, improving roughness and fine wrinkles. Retinol can also be used in treatments for acne, oily skin, and rosacea. Additionally, it has the ability to alter the functioning of aged cells so that they behave like younger cells. However, retinol is poorly soluble in water (lipophilic), unstable in the presence of light or heat, and thus needs to be stabilized in nanostructured formulations to protect it during handling and storage. Moreover, nanoencapsulation enhances its effectiveness and reduces skin irritations, such as excessive redness, photosensitivity, and irritation.

Usage Recommendations: External use. Lotions, creams, serums (0.5 – 6.5%).
