Impregnated (Coated) Spicule uses bio-silica spicules as a microneedle delivery carrier for functional cosmetic ingredients. The technology loads active ingredients into the internal porous structure of each spicule. It also coats the spicule surface with the same actives. This dual-loading approach allows the spicule to deliver actives during skin contact. The microneedle structure creates controlled micro-stimulation. This action supports penetration and distribution of the coated ingredients. The technology works with enzyme-purified, solvent-free spicule processing. It enables high-performance delivery without additional penetration enhancers.
