Spicules are natural bio-silica micro-needles from freshwater sponge structures. The particles create microscopic channels in the skin. This action improves absorption and supports skin regeneration. A multi-step enzymatic process purifies the material. The process removes impurities and sterilizes the spicules. The final ingredient reaches about 99 percent purity and maintains a pH range of 6.5 to 7.5. The technology includes four standardized grades based on particle length. Spicule 100 delivers mild stimulation for frequent use. Spicule 200 provides moderate exfoliation. Spicule 270 supports stronger treatments. Spicule 320 offers maximum intensity for professional applications. All grades share the same composition and differ only in size and stimulation level. Formulators can add spicules to gels, creams, emulsions, and powders. Recommended use levels range from 0.01 to 5 percent.
