Encapsulated delivery system combining tranexamic acid (1–3%) with palmitoyl tripeptide-36 in biodegradable polycaprolactone (PCL) microspheres. This system improves stability, tolerance, and skin penetration, providing long-lasting controlled release. Targets hyperpigmentation, post-inflammatory marks, and uneven skin tone while calming irritation and supporting antioxidant defense. Supplied as a water-dispersible liquid; recommended use level 3–5%.
