Pro-Lysate® technology lyses Lactobacillus cells and releases intracellular peptides, phenolic compounds, and growth factors without denaturation. The bioactive matrix downregulates IL-1α-mediated inflammatory signaling, supports microbiome equilibrium, and reinforces barrier function. In vitro assays confirm increased keratinocyte proliferation and enhanced hyaluronic acid synthesis.
